Academic Mark Sheet (Class 12): This document showcases the candidate’s performance in their previous qualifying examination (Class 12). It serves as a key indicator of their academic abilities and eligibility for higher education.
Income Proof of Parents/Guardians: Providing income proof helps the college authorities assess the financial background of the student’s family. It can influence scholarship opportunities and financial aid eligibility.
Income Tax Return (ITR) of Parents for FY 2022-23: If available, the ITR offers further confirmation of the parent’s financial status, adding credibility to the income proof provided.
Fee Structure for Academic Year 2023-24: Students must obtain a clear understanding of the college’s fee structure for the academic year they are applying for. This ensures they can plan their finances accordingly and avoid any unexpected financial burdens.
Bonafide Student Certificate/Letter from College: This certificate, issued by the previous educational institution or college, confirms the student’s status as a genuine student. It’s essential for authenticating the applicant’s academic history.
College Seat Allocation Document: This document outlines the candidate’s allocated seat in the college, indicating they have successfully secured a spot in the institution.
College Entrance Examination Scorecard: The scorecard of the college entrance examination is crucial for determining the applicant’s performance and merit-based admission to the college.
Aadhaar Card: The Aadhaar card serves as a unique identification document, verifying the applicant’s identity and personal information.
Bank Passbook: The bank passbook provides evidence of the student’s financial transactions and ensures they have a bank account for fee payments and other financial transactions.
Passport-size Photograph: A passport-size photograph is usually required for official records and identification purposes throughout the admission process.
Disability Certificate (if applicable): Students with disabilities must provide a disability certificate, which helps the college accommodate their needs and provide necessary support during their academic journey.
