Bernd Huber was born on May 20, 1960, in the city of Wuppertal. As a young adult, Bernd Huber completed his high school education there before enrolling at the University of Giessen to study economics from 1979 to 1984.
He served as an academic advisor and research associate at the University of Würzburg’s Faculty of Economics from the years 1985 to 1994.
