Every year, Chick-fil-A presents a chance to its restaurant staff in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico to seek college scholarships through the Remarkable Futures Scholarships program. For nearly 50 years, the company has dedicated over $162 million in scholarships, assisting over 93,000 Team Members in pursuing higher education and realizing their bright future, whether they stay with Chick-fil-A or explore other opportunities.
SCHOLARSHIPS DETAILS.
The scholarship program provides two scholarship opportunities: the True Inspiration™ Scholarship, valued at $25,000, and the Leadership Scholarship, which offers either $1,000 or $2,500. These scholarships are exclusively available to Team Members working at franchised, company-owned, or affiliated restaurants. To celebrate 50 years of granting scholarships, the company awarded a special one-time $50,000 Eddie White Servant Leadership Award in 2023. Students can use these scholarships at accredited colleges, universities, or technical/vocational schools, regardless of whether they are full-time or part-time students. An attractive aspect of these scholarships is that all funds are paid upfront, making it easier for recipients to pursue their education.

- Award Amount: $25,000
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
Currently employed at a franchised, company-owned, or affiliated restaurant, including Dwarf House Group, LLC (Dwarf House®, Truett’s Chick-fil-A®, Truett’s Luau®, Chick-fil-A® of Edgewater, Truett’s Grill®) at the time of application.
Hold the position of Team Member at the time of award presentation by the Operator, Interim Manager, or Executive General Manager, as applicable.
Be a postsecondary undergraduate or graduate student or have plans to enroll in undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the academic year 2023-2024.
Receive a recommendation from an Operator, Interim Manager, or Executive General Manager (depending on the Restaurant where the Team Member is employed) based on the Team Member’s professional achievements.
Demonstrate care and service in the twelve (12) months before the application, both inside and outside of the Restaurant. Provide details of the impact made on your community, friends, and family during this period.
Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) for U.S. candidates. Canadian and Puerto Rican candidates’ transcripts will be reviewed separately with the corresponding scoring. Academic awards and recognition will be taken into consideration.
